![]() ![]() It would also explain why each of the animatronics comes to his defence during the final battle.Īfter you defeat Afton, the Blob turns on the walking corpse, attacking him as Gregory and Freddy escape. We even see these abilities in action, as he's able to turn Freddy against Gregory during the final battle, so it's not too much of a stretch to imagine he's also been controlling the other animatronics throughout the mall to accomplish his sinister purposes. This physical form has also seemingly retained Glitchtrap's digital, mind-controlling powers, as he's now able to control animatronics. It seems Vanny has since managed to resurrect Afton, with his new, weaker form (known in the files as "Burntrap") residing beneath the Pizzaplex. For those who never played the previous game, Afton managed to transfer his consciousness into the digital world, using the in-universe Freddy Fazbear video game to corrupt and control the mind of Security Breach's other big bad, Vanny. What we do know is that his transformation into Glitchtrap during the events of Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted likely has something to do with it. So, how has he done it? Well, it's not clear. And lastly, he was set on fire again by his business partner, Henry, in the closing moments of Five Nights at Freddy's: Pizzeria Simulator.Īlthough many presumed the latter would finally finish off the infamous 'purple guy', it seems his claim that he "always comes back" is more accurate than we first thought. Following that, he was set on fire in a museum dedicated to collecting creepy Freddy Fazbear memorabilia. First, he was violently (and permanently) locked into the Spring Bonnie suit he used to lure and murder children. Through his long tenure as the franchise's big bad, Afton has survived an array of certain-death scenarios. Initially co-creating the Freddy Fazbear franchise, Afton used his animatronics and series of restaurants to murder children and stuff them into animatronic suits, eventually resulting in their restless spirits possessing the mechanical monsters to seek revenge. The camera cuts to the end of the nearby hallway to reveal everyone's purple-obsessed serial killer, William Afton, has seemingly survived his fiery fate at the end of Pizzeria Simulator.įor those who aren't aware of this terrifying figure, William Afton is the main antagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's series. You won't have long to dwell on your meeting with this grotesque animatronic amalgamation, as Freddy will soon fall into a chamber below, cueing the emergence of the game's real big bad. It's seemingly comprised of animatronics from previous games clumped together, with the face of Sister Location's Funtime Freddy and the body of Chica emerging from it. You'll also come face to face with a terrifying new abomination known only as the Blob. As you head down, Freddy will make some interesting remarks, claiming that he's been here before and that his friends are here with him. Not only does the layout seem similar, but a familiar face found underneath the remains of the pizzeria was last seen burning inside the same locale.Įntering the building, you'll find a sinkhole leading below the pizzeria. It's not entirely clear which of the various Freddy Fazbear Pizzeria's this is supposed to be, although there's a good chance it could be the remains of the Pizzeria players designed in Five Nights at Freddy's: Pizzeria Simulator (AKA Five Nights at Freddy's 6). With all the new parts, Gregory and Freddy can reach the remains of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Place underground. There's no better place to start than the canon ending, which can be achieved by dismantling all the animatronics and merging them into Freddy. Looking for a specific ending?
